The Client Process
SVR Power was registered as a company in September 2013. We have worked with a number of clients, and this is our process:
SVR Power recruits candidates for the New Zealand market, and our clients need to advise on the following BEFORE the recruitment process can be triggered.
Screening of candidates against the job requirements and relevant qualifications.
Once a job offer has been made, all candidates must apply for a police certificate whether they may or may not have any traffic or criminal convictions. This is then sent to the client for complete transparency.
Our fees are tailored to our clients order book.
We replace the candidate free of charge within the 3 month period. We do not refund.
Payment within 14 days of candidate start date.

We are based in Cumbria in the UK with a registered office in New Zealand
We supply Tradespeople, Scaffolders, Riggers, Fabricators, Welders, Construction and Engineering candidates in all disciplines to New Zealand on a full-time basis and various contracts
SVR Power has been doing this for over 3 years now. We have refined our processes and understand the needs of our New Zealand clients by developing close working partnerships
We assist our candidates in every aspect of the process from supporting them through the Visa process to opening bank accounts before they go. We work closely with BNZ bank assisting with the IRD numbers so when the candidates start work they can focus on working!
SVR Power also supplies 2 work references for each candidate. The requirement is that they are recent contacts. We provide email addresses and contact numbers. We follow up with each reference and also explain that our client in NZ will also give them a call - they like that.
